Secret Sauce is an AI advisory practice working with boards and leadership teams on how their organisation adopts AI. Whichever they pick becomes a baseline the board can revisit each quarter. Director education sits alongside the reviews: a free one-hour AI for Directors Briefing, a longer workshop, and one-to-one mentoring. For leadership teams the work moves closer to delivery, in one of two forms. A focused engagement takes on a single opportunity through discovery, workflow redesign or a proof of concept. An embedded partnership runs longer, combining senior advice, workflow design, technical delivery and enough capability transfer that adoption holds after Secret Sauce steps back. The practice is led by Steve Telburn, a CEO and non-executive director who is also a Venture Partner at Antler and the contracted Program Director of the AI Uplift program at the Peregian Digital Hub on the Sunshine Coast. Kirsty Telburn covers workflows, service design and change management. Ian Hansel, co-founder and director of Verge Labs, covers data science and applied AI.
