Reejig is a workforce intelligence platform that has pivoted into the AI agent rollout space. The original product mapped the skills inside an organisation and routed people to work that matched. The current platform layers on the question every enterprise is now asking: where should AI agents do the work, where should humans do it, and how do we know if the agents are actually delivering value. The platform breaks enterprise work down into jobs, tasks, and subtasks (they call it the Work Map), then maps where AI agents can plug in and tracks the ROI of each one. Customers include several large Australian and international enterprises. Founded in Sydney in 2019, CEO Siobhan Savage. Named to CB Insights' AI 100 in 2023. Reejig is a useful replacement on this list for Faethm, the workforce AI company that was acquired by Pearson in 2022 and no longer operates as a standalone Australian AI vendor.
